I link to Google profiles and even embed testimonials with names and locations. It builds instant trust and massively boosts conversion rates.

This phrase is golden, but it only works when paired with a relevant, compelling ad and a proper landing page. I always make sure the ad text includes the location and a strong call to action, and that the user lands on a page that confirms they’ve found a local expert—not some faceless directory or generic homepage.

A big issue I saw with some of my new roofing clients was that their ads were sending people to the wrong part of the website—or worse, the homepage with no clear next step.
